whacl is built and operated by a small team. We started building it to solve one specific problem for a retail business: too many WhatsApp messages, not enough hours to answer them all instantly.
Why we built it
Our first customer was answering WhatsApp messages by hand, one phone, one person, at all hours — pricing questions at midnight, delivery questions on Fridays, the same handful of questions over and over. We built the first version of whacl to answer those instantly from the business's real catalog, and only wake up a person once a customer was genuinely ready to buy. It worked well enough that we turned it into a product other businesses could use too.
Who it's for
whacl is built for retailers, suppliers, and service businesses — the ones that get real sales conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook and don't want to hire a full-time team just to keep up with replies. It works for any WhatsApp Business number, wherever the business is based.
How we operate
We run whacl on infrastructure we operate ourselves, through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API — never through unofficial WhatsApp automation tools that risk a business's number getting banned. Every business we onboard gets Meta Business verification handled for them, not a developer console to figure out alone.
Who runs whacl
whacl is built and operated by HEBER HOST, a Meta-verified business based in Morocco. We host the platform on our own servers and handle Meta Business verification for every customer we onboard.
